Shipping Policy

Great Gifts for Cat Lovers realizes the importance of delivering your gifts on time. Products are shipped from our distribution centers and are usually shipped via USPS or UPS.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days of placing your order on the website. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.

We are happy to accept orders to international addresses. If you would like an item shipped to another country, you have two choices. (1) You can check out in the usual manner on our website and when you enter your international information, you will automatically be charged a $20.00 shipping charge. In a few cases, this charge will cover shipping, however, in many cases, shipping is more expensive. This, of course, depends on the weight of your order and the country to which it is being shipped. If the shipping charge exceeds $20.00, you will be notified of the exact additional cost required to ship your gift.

(2) Your other option is to contact us first by phone or through our online contact form giving us the information about the items you would like to order and the shipping address and we will give you an exact quote.

Out of Stock Items

Great Gifts For Cat Lovers makes every effort to ensure our listed products are rarely out of stock. However at peak times, or due to supplier demand, we may occasionally be out of the item you order. When this happens, we contact you right away to ask if you would like a different gift or would prefer a refund.
